Absolutely packed with rich REAL cheese flavor and the powder is a lovely shade of orange, reminiscent of the wheels of aged extra sharp farmhouse cheddar cheese fresh from the market. The powder is very smooth. I've only noticed clumps when mixing in COOL water (I don't recommend doing so). It is aromatic, soft and fine to the touch. The bag contains a generous amount and it will go very far in many recipes!
