Excellent. This Samsung TV was purchased to replace a 12 year old Samsung TV with a damaged screen and so of course this was a dramatic improvement. From unpacking through to set up and finish took around 15 minutes using the remote control, there is the option to link your phone but this seemed to take forever and I abandoned this procedure after an hour. It only takes one person to handle and set up the TV as it is reasonably light given it's size. Picture quality is superb and everything from movies stored on USB devices, amazon prime and terrestrial TV is upscaled to 4K quality. When watching movies you have the option to watch in Movie mode which gives a more authentic and nostalgic feel to those older movies. If you have avi. and wma. files then this TV does not support them and hence can't play them, a minor gripe but hey I can live with that. Sound quality with the inbuilt TV speakers is crystal clear and again superb, no need to buy a soundbar, another nice feature is the standby light which has been strategically placed under the TV so when the TV is switched off the standby light is not glowing at you from the front. Nice touch. Overall I'm very pleased with this TV and I would strongly recommend it to anyone. I did look at other makes such as TCL and HiSense which were in a similar price range but I chose the Samsung due to a professional recommendation and so far so good. One last thing, when viewing the screen from different angles, the picture quality does not alter or deteriorate, a sign of a good television.

Despite the reviews I ordered the 50 inch TV. I love it! 😍 It didn’t come cracked and it gave me options for a delivery date which came on time. My family keep saying it’s a good quality one. It is light to move which is handy for me living alone and for dusting. Easy to set up with lots of app options. 100% would recommend!

Great quality sounds great quality great colour quality easy setup

I baught this to replace my 12 year old Panasonic tv and it's absolutely great! I didn't realise how much I'd been missing out on, the picture quality is great and easy to adjust to your preference. The sound is good but having been used to a soundbar with sub woofer i noticed the difference straight away and swiftly connected it to the new TV. The integrated apps are a good feature and I can easily cast from my samsung phone and tablet. Overall I'm very happy and would recommend if you are within a certain budget

Great TV for the price. I really wanted a Samsung TV as all my devices are Samsung, so it's great to have them linked. It's incredibly easy to set up - it's connects to your Wi-Fi and it does its own thing, no need to fiddle around. It has a great picture and sound quality, therefore it's a great purchase, which I definitely recommend. I also love the functional home screen when you turn it on, which you can edit, so it shown all your currently watched series and your favourite channel.

Ok I know that this model is in the lower price range but.....Total faff to set up, qr codes and several failed attempts needed. Picture quality just ok but sound poor, from shouty to faint depending on channel, forever adjusting. Remote smaller than last Samsung TV this replaced and buttons not easy to see or use. Also sometimes need several presses to work. We certainly would not recommend this make and model. After spending all the time and hassle of setting it up We will just put up with it, can't be arsed with sending it back. I originally gave this TV 2 stars, I've now reduced it to 1 star as have found that the perfectly good dvd/blue ray player that worked with the old Samsung TV will not connect to this new one, so will have to lay out more expense for a new player. Samsung have now lost a customer, will consider any other make next time.

Nice TV to replace my older one. Great screen, my only issue is that the home screen when first one is a little slow to start. Otherwise very happy

The only issue was the delivery time, which didn’t match what was agreed. However, the product itself is excellent—very big, very thin, and even at 15% volume it sounds like a full soundbar. I’m really happy with it. I would just recommend switching the distributor from GLS to DHL or PostNL, as they offer more reliable delivery times.
