The screws in my Aeron do not fit into this

Mine fit just fine. It was a five-minute job to remove and replace the pads. I had no problems at all. What do you mean by "do not fit?" Screw diameter? Screw length? Alignment with the holes in the arm assembly? Did you try putting the attachment screws into the arms without mounting the pad on the arm assembly?

i have leather ones and they are cracking. I don't want to spend $70 to replace them. Will these fit?

Are these armpads oem herman miller pads? or are they aftermarket?
