This screen is great! The computer works like a dream. The speed is excellent.

I ended up returning this HP 17.3" touchscreen laptop, but not because it was a bad product. The laptop itself seemed solid — good screen, fair performance, and the build quality was fine. It just wasn’t the right fit for what I needed it for, which is the only reason I sent it back. The price is fair, and if it matches your needs, it’s definitely worth considering. It arrived in great condition and right on time.

I purchased this laptop for the first time and right out of the box it did not work. I returned it and received the same product. It has been less than 60 days (but out of the 30 day return window) and the laptop is having serious issues--as in, it is not usable. I contacted HP support and worked with them for close to three hours in total. Finally, the last tech told me that they could not help me, because the parts were not warrantied. Since the laptop is refurbished, the specs no longer match the specs of HP. If you visit the HP support page and type in the product ID for this laptop, you will observe that the operating system should be Home, not Pro. You will also see that hard drive and the memory specs do not match. The HP tech is the one who sent me to the website and showed me all the information. Apparently it is a big enough problem that HP knows about it and has a ready answer. He advised contacting Amazon, who will not refund because it's out of the 30 day window. So now I have to go through the seller and hopefully not be out $700. I do not yet know the seller's warranty policy, but with already having bought two lemons, I just want an actual HP product. I will not be purchasing a laptop from Amazon again.
