Nice pleasant smell. 3 tea spoons have been giving me up to six 250ml cups. Unlike tea or coffee, these do not cause strong urge to go to toilet. No bad after taste. Their potential medicinal benefits: Cant comment on that as thats way too complex a subject for this kind of single-user review. Surprisingly, guests have been liking it too.
