I have used this cake flour for years and when we moved to a rural area I couldn’t find it anywhere; not even Walmart. It’s exoen online but it is so worth it for a great cake if you can’t get it in your area.

Swans Down, Cake Flour is the best and only flour to make fluffy angel food cake. A must in your pantry!

Always used swan down cake flour for making angel food cakes, until the stores didn't carry any more. Tried other cake flour but was not the same. You can't beat the texture of swan down cake flour cakes. I just love it.
