About how many times can i use the mold before i have to re spray it with the zyp ?

I reapply before each use but I don't know if you can do less as this is very pricey

Has anyone who has used the zyp also used mr97 that can comment on how they compare. can i use zyp on a mold that already has mr97?

We are the manufacturer of this product and the former MR-97. MR-97 was a brand and label used by another company. There is no difference between MR-97 and Boron Nitride Aerosol Lubricoat.

Do you ship to Hawaii?

Yes. We should to Hawaii via USPS Parcel Select. It takes 3-5 weeks because the aerosols go via ship instead of by air.

Easy to spray on, nice finish, and glass doesn't stick. I used the spray bottle kind before and I found the sprayer got clogged, despite thoroughly cleaning it between uses. Also, the aerosol can gives a thinner, more even coat without drips.

Great product. I have hesitated in past due to cost but I love it. So much easier to use with fused glass than kiln wash on molds including stainless steel molds. Dries quick. Glass releases well after firing. Glass has smooth texture.
