Happy with the Purchase and Setup
Got it for a good price and I’m very happy with the chimney. It’s not too noisy. The installation was done really well—the technician was helpful, explained everything clearly, and did a neat job setting it up.

Extremely disappointing performance
Extremely Disappointing Performance - Stopped Working in 4 Days I purchased this chimney only a few days ago, but its performance has been extremely disappointing. It stopped working after only 4-5 days of use. The Problem: When I switch the chimney 'ON', the power-on light turns on for a moment and then immediately shuts off. The chimney is not working at all. It is unacceptable for a new appliance to fail in such a short period. This clearly points to poor quality control. I urge the company to resolve this serious issue immediately. This is an expensive appliance, and failing so quickly is a complete waste of money for the customer. I advise other buyers to think twice before purchasing this product.

Good suction power
Good product , less noise and easy to use

Poor motion detection
Poor motion detection, it takes 2-3 hand gestures to sense the motion. Very noisy. Design could be better, the glass is comparatively much bigger than the filter itself.
