NordicTrack T Series 10 Treadmill with 10" Tilting Touchscreen and Compact Design

Tengo un mes utilizando el producto y está mejor de lo que esperaba, me sorprendió la comunicación que tiene el equipo para que todo funcione correctamente. Es muy facil de ensamblar pero recomiendo contactar al soporte técnico para que un técnico acuda a instalarla.

Excelente! Simplemente espectacular. Es una buena versión para hogar. Tiene muchos detalles, hasta ventilador. Lo que sí considerar es su peso!! En mi caso la subieron entre 4 personas. El armado es de a dos, pero entre las instrucciones y los elementos es muy fácil.

Compré la caminadora NordicTrack T10 hace aproximadamente 4 meses y en general la experiencia ha sido muy buena. Es un equipo sólido, cómodo para correr y con buenas funciones. Hace poco tuve un detalle con la tarjeta del motor, pero quiero destacar que el proceso de garantía ha sido positivo hasta el momento, ya que el soporte ha respondido y está dando seguimiento al caso. Fuera de eso, el desempeño de la caminadora ha sido excelente y se siente como un equipo de buena calidad. Considero que es una buena opción, especialmente por el respaldo de la marca en caso de algún inconveniente.

Forgive the long review, but these reviews really helped me decide the brand/model and features of the treadmill I wanted and ultimately purchased. The NordicTrack T Series 10 arrived three days early. Tracking its journey to our house was easy and updated often. I knew to within a three hour window when to expect it delivered. The delivery guys were nice and took the extra effort to carry it (250lbs or more) to my desired location on the first floor of our home. When it arrived however, the packaging was a mess. The box was torn several places and had been taped and retaped several times. It was obvious by the care of our delivery guys, that it wasn't their fault. When we finally got the tape and straps cut, the lid of the box came off in three pieces. There were broken bits of styrofoam and miles of plastic wrap all over the place. Luckily with the help of my son, we got the unit unpacked and took inventory of the pieces as per the instruction manual. Everything was there, but there was noticable scratches on the motor covering - as per the attached photo. When we saw them, we had our doubts about continuing, but pressed onward. Two and half hours later, the treadmill was assembled and seemed to be working just fine. Even though the packing was visibly awful, the unit was packed well enough at the factory using styrofoam, pressed wood and multiple layers of cardboard. Thank goodness all the parts were still there and nicely wrapped. The included tools, screws, nuts, bolts, etc. were all shrink wrapped and well marked. It was impossible to use the wrong tool or wrong piece of hardware. The instructions were clear. I also found a video on YouTube which was helpful. Later I "chatted" with "G" at Amazon seeking some kind of compensation for the lousy packaging (nobody's fault, but everybody's fault) and the noticable scratches. Since I was not about to try to return the unit - (I bought this to walk three plus miles per day) - I asked for some financial relief. "G" was more than helpful, thanked me for my loyalty and issued a partial and reasonable refund. Apparently my being a Prime member for years helped with that decision. I will update this review about the operation of the treadmill after I've logged a few miles but I feel those comments will be positive because I've trusted Amazon and NordicTrack for years. Thanks Amazon for really REALLY caring about your customers. UPDATE - 10 months later. I turned 71 two weeks ago. Today I logged my 350th IFit workout. I walk / hike all over the world everyday. 30 to 60 minutes over one or two separate workouts. The IFit smart feature works with the NordicTrack to slow down/speed up and reduce/increase the incline as needed and keeps it there for the whole workout. It also "remembers" where you were and uses it for the next workout. I've come to really like certain trainers and locations. NordicTrack called me a few months ago to make sure the unit and software was working properly. They offered and I accepted a large discount on a multiyear warranty and IFit membership. Not sure if I will ever take advantage of anything but the walking / hiking workouts, but there are dozens and dozens of workouts for strength, running, yoga, bike, and so forth. I just like jumping on the treadmill and walking fast or slow, at a steep incline or flat every morning. As a previous jogger for most of my life and for the past 15 plus years a walker due to heart issues, this NordicTrack treadmill has allowed me to continue my exercise every day. One of the neat features is having several APs on the screen to watch if you'd rather just watch movies or TV shows instead of doing a trainer led workout. It's nice to have those shows on the main screen instead of trying to configure a TV to the right angle and sound. Bottom line - with ten months in - I am convinced this was one of the better purchases I've ever made on Amazon. Though the unit arrived with damaged packaging, it was essentially intact and thanks to both Amazon and NordicTrack customer service, I've enjoyed 350 workouts with nothing but satisfaction. Recommended highly.
