is this product guarenteed or your money back? i ask because ive seen two types of product reviews: really bad/really good.

I have read both the really good and the really bad reviews. I wrote one of the really good ones you spoke of. Feel free to look at my review history. You'll see I don't endorse many products and I'm bluntly honest in all of my reviews (as I am by nature). I get nothing from PFHarris other than the hope that more people will buy it so Harris will keep making it because it's the only product I know of currently on the market that really works (none of those big name pesticide company's products even come close to the effectiveness of this stuff!). So I will tell you and everyone else: If ANYone says this product doesn't work for them? It's because THEY took the easy/lazy path and just sprayed it around the rooms of their home where they SAW the fleas--they didn't do any prep work or maintenance work. If all a person does is spray this on an infested area, some of the fleas will die but then there are the flea eggs that hatch inside of a week and fleas will jump on your pants/shoes from outside or in areas you didn't spray well and you end up carrying the free-loading fleas with you into the rooms you already sprayed where they jump off you and re-infect/re-infest the area you sprayed). And, the eggs that hatch will lay more eggs that will hatch, that will then hatch and lay MORE eggs, and, so on, in a rotating cycle. Seriously--don't waste your money on all of the over-priced big-name products. Just buy this, do the physical labor involved in prep and then in maintenance and you'll have no more fleas.

I have fleas or bed bugs on my new mattress, may I just spray directly on it? I think I also need to spray on my bed sheet and quilt.

I had fleas sprayed my house and had no more issues. I will retreat this summer using it. Just spray and let dry . I even was able to leave my pets in the house. Get pets flea treatment to help. Yes you can spray on your mattress and let dry. For your bedding wash in hot water and dry

what is the coverage for product n approximately how long does it take to dry once sprayed

It is a residual killer and will cover over 1000sf and dries in less than 15 minutes on most surfaces

Finally, after trying all those trendy natural products... THIS STUFF KILLS 'EM!!!!!!!!

Me and my poor itchy pit bull have given up trying to kill Texas fleas with sweet-smelling, all-natural, child-proof, environmentally-friendly, millennial approved alternative flea and tick applications. Just 45 minutes after I tentatively spritzed my dog's favorite corner, and then my den, and then my bedroom, that endless scratching is a thing of the past. Just like that. All gone. An unpleasant memory. Life is good again. All's right with the world once more. Write this down... Harris Flea and Tick Killer is a brutal, heartless, cold-blooded insect assassin, and it's waiting to make your life livable too, just a click away from the page you're reading right now. Buy a big ol' barrel of it (actually a gallon, I think). I can't remember exactly what's in it, and you probably wouldn't know what it was, if I told you. Just know this. The fleas in and around my house are dead as doornails (or they're all on vacation elsewhere), and my dog and I are happy, and we're living in continued good health. Ah-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!!! Dead, dead, dead!!! And just like it said on the Harris label, this stuff is odorless and stainless too. What's more, it's cheap... just over twenty bucks for what looks like a lifetime supply (maybe not, but a lot). Oh, life is good again for me and my dog. The sun is shining, and the birds are singing, and a cool breeze is blowing. Actually, it's cloudy and raining here, and I haven't seen one bird all day, but that's close enough for North Texas. I can't remember how long I've been under siege, spending a fortune on one "new and improved" remedy after another for this godawful flea season. And of course, my poor dog's had it even worse. But that's over now, thanks to those wonderful Harris people. Whoever they are, they are my favorite poisoners. I wish them long life and happiness and prosperity too. I hope all of you buy a ton of their products and make them zillionaires! I guarantee, you'll be glad you did. Soon, you too will be saying, ah-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!!!

I feel cheated

I bought several before. They seemed working fine except the last one. It doesn't have any odor at all. Of course it didn't work at all. I suspect the seller sold me a Gallen of water.
