This laptop came in excellent condition and ready for setup. Great looking and feel. Working perfectly and so far handed everything I need I to do. You can't go wrong with this purchase.

Didn't have a network adapter
I couldn't get past the part of the setup process where you connect to the internet. Looking into the reason, it seems the device either doesn't have a working network adapter or it's not physically connected properly. This was my second attempt with this product and neither time was I able to even get through the setup process. The first one I returned, several of the keys on the keyboard did not work.

The perfect Linux laptop
Learning more about Linux and this is one fantastic way to go. It’s small and very portable. The Microsoft version of the MacBook Air. If only Microsoft could make software like they make devices, maybe everyone wouldn’t be against windows 11. Sound is good, speed is nice, and the screen is really good and touchscreen.

basically brand new! no physical defects noted, OG charger was included. checked battery stats , was 85% and only had 9 cycle counts. so far so good ! great deal

Don’t buy this
I bought this item and got one with defective keys. I tolerated it for a bit then decided to replace it with the same laptop for a return. The next one I received was also defective. This time it wouldn’t fully turn on and kept flashing the Microsoft logo. These are garbage never again. Don’t buy from this. If I could do zero stars I would.
