The size of my jacket is L-XL. It amply goes over my frame including a jacket the one time I wore a jacket with it. I believe it would comfortably fit someone quite a bit larger than me. It comes down in length to mid-thigh. The sleeves are long, but they can be made snug by pulling them tight. I tuck the snug attachment inside the sleeve and it does not get in the way.
