Je commande chaque année ce pot de truffes. Toute la famille aime beaucoup ce goût. Dans une omelette c'est un véritable régal avec juste une cuillère à café de matière. Avec ce pot qui n'est pas très grand on peut malgré tout agrémenter plusieurs plats ou de la volaille. Faute de vraies truffes entières je suis ravie de me contenter de ces truffes hachées qui remplissent parfaitement leur office.

I usually buy truffles from my local market and the taste is amazing. Ever since they stopped carrying the product, I searched on Amazon and found this. I have to say that this was a huge disappointment. It lacked flavour and the texture was just not right. I bought two jars and gave one out as a gift before I opened one to try. I not only feel disappointed but as well embarrassed by sending this out as a present. I will not buy this product again.
