Review: Over heats - Cool camera and features, but it really has a problem with over heating. I think mine might have been a dud, as it would over heat and shut down within 2 minutes of putting into video mode.

Cool camera and features, but it really has a problem with over heating. I think mine might have been a dud, as it would over heat and shut down within 2 minutes of putting into video mode.

After the v1.3 firmware there is no overheating issues, AF is faster, and we got MP4 lite codec. Best Camera for this price for sure.

This camera is better than expected. Purchased for my son who is a professional photographer in Puerto Rico. His photography and videography’s quality has improved greatly, he’s always had lumix but said he’s impressed with how much better the AF is over his other ones. Overall great purchase!
