Don't let your garage cats, or dogs walk on the powder since they will lick it off. However, in the garage, it is great to use under metal cabinets that you don't move. And I like the new powder duster they included in this package because this makes it easy to puff into the weep-holes of my foundation! By treating your weep-holes, you are protecting your house from those bugs that crawl in through them and spread through your house. When my sheetrock was torn out after a flood in the early 1990's, I put boric acid between the walls. I live in a very dense wooded area in a humid climate known for their big roaches.
