Better price, better fit
This is a good fitting item. I have tried a few. This has worked and fit me according to the stated size.

Not what the doctor ordered.
If you are using this for posture, it's great. Unfortunately for me, it was recommended for a compression fracture in the middle of my spine. Well, spine doc said it was better than nothing when I first got hurt, but I ended up getting a prescription, fitted brace to the tune of $2700 (thank God for health insurance!). I have to say this brace was more comfortable than the one I'm wearing, but not for what I needed.

Wear something under it
I attempted to use this at my job which requires me to be up and moving about. My uniform makes me hot so I wore this directly on my skin. After a bit it really made my armpits uncomfortable. Probably not for active use and better if you wear a light T-Shirt under it. It did noticeably pull my shoulders back correctly but as a thin person it didn't seem to put pressure on my lower back so after a short time my lower back would start killing me. If your not very thin like I am then this product probably works fine.
