These are the cutest mini orchids ever. I ordered four, and they all arrived in excellent condition with very secure packaging. I was a bit skeptical about ordering them online, but I am really impressed with the quality and how healthy they are. I added a small metal hook and a label on the back to help identify each one. I would definitely purchase more in the future!

I made 3 purchases. One of them came in frozen. It was that big snowstorm, it was replaced. Immediately without question, thank you very much. I look forward to doing business. The product is beautiful.

Cute but died soon after arrival looked like root rot leaves turned brown and fell off

I ordered 5 orchids from this seller, including this one. 4 of the 5 are really nice, healthy looking plants. This one, however, has a damaged leaf on the left and the center of the plant is REALLY pale. It doesn't look too happy. I will give it some time to recover (the seller has a 60 day guarantee on their plants) and update my review. I am not unhappy with the plant...just a little nervous that it isn't going to survive.

I ordered this oncidium and another (a Haraella-retro). And this one died almost immediately... HOWEVER, I contacted the seller and offered pictures and they were so accommodating and friendly that they immediately offered a new one and sent it Express! The new one is doing awesome, 2 weeks later... SO, now I think the first one was a shipping issue due to the fact that is 100 degrees here, so not even their fault, in my opinion, and they still made it right... but in any case, I digress... as you can see in the photo the even the non- flowered specimen I recieved, is already growing a flower spike now and is just gorgeous! I'm keeping my minis in a medium-sized indoor terrarium with a floral moss bed, and top ventilation and they are just flourishing! I would not hesitate to purchase more, as they are easy but SO ADORABLE! They are great for some pizzazz in a small area or a showpiece terrarium... they really are so tiny, and so unique... I just love them!

After following instructions and the first one died I examined it and it had too few roots. Took pictures and sent to seller. They generously replaced it no charge. Unfortunately after my husband cleverly put it in a clean cat food tin with a piece of sponge in the bottom and placed the board in it so the plant was upright it seemed to work great! Water wicked up through board to spaghum moss and plant and kept it moist but not wet. It even started to from a flower spike in between leaves. But then it seemed the board was no longer a good wick. So he started spraying it with a spritzer. It got better for a while, but he thinks it became too wet. Too much water? So he used less but the decline increased. I took it apart, it had moderate amount of roots, and some still looked good but leaves yellowed and green ones were soft. We have been trying to nurse it back to health ever since but not having any luck. Too little water? Too much? Hard to tell, they can both look the same. I would suggest either transplanting from board to bark or buy their P. Orchid in a jar with jell. Perhaps that would work better. 🤷‍♀️

I've had my orchid for a couple days and am very happy. What impressed me the most was how the orchid was prepped and shipped (packaging). The orchid was kept warm and moist while in transit. It was well wrapped, protected, and there was a small warmer (like a one-use hand warmer) in the box. All this was very necessary (although usually it wouldn't be, if I bought at a better time of year OR just waited a bit longer for better weather), But I really wanted this for a 'birthday-present-to-myself' type thing. What I am saying is I had high-hopes but made sure to keep my expectations low because I had this shipped to myself in the middle of January. The plant itself looks strong and healthy. The display is exactly as pictured/described. I had one question for Orchid Gene about the care of my plant and they were in contact with me the same day. They answered my questions very quickly and thoroughly. Excellent customer service. I was very impressed and am happy I took the leap to get this amazing little orchid.
