It's barely functional and detached under minimal weight, completely eliminating the point of a chest strap. Pulls are cute and all but seriously. Do better by disabled kids and students. They go through enough nonsense. So do parents. I've learned how to make jackets that are CVC and IV safe for a kid that hates vests. I've also learned how to make dual pump IV backpacks out of regular ones. I'm not alone here. You guys are absolutely missing a whole market that's neglected and simple things like backpacks, shirts and safe but cute coats are completely neglected and missed.
