I returned the product because it felt unstable when I tried it in my bed. I think if I used it in a chair etc…maybe, but I wanted something specifically for my bed. FYI…if for some reason you have to return it…it is vacuumed sealed in plastic. You will not be able to return it in original packaging. The directions where glued to the plastic…I’ll let you know if the seller will refund the product if all parts are included and are wrapped in a zipp lock bag, unused.

The item is smaller and not as sturdy as I thought it would be, but functional. It did improve as the pads expanded over a couple of days as indicated. My wife needs it in bed while recovering from foot surgery. Works best for her with pillows behind for some padding and support.

I like that the pillow is soft and more straight up and down instead of sloped so it’s more comfortable than one I got before. I like the slots on the sides for storage of remotes, etc. I also really like the arms because my chair is extra wide.

Very comfortable. My back and neck are feeling much better after just a few days! Perfect for reading or using a laptop in bed. The pockets are great too--I no longer lose the remote or my phone in the bed. My only suggestion: make the arms detachable or able to be raised when needed.
