Love these, even though I feel bad about the waste, they really do make a huge different. I wish there was a way to recycle to the little magnets. But they work SO much better than breathe right strips. I have terrible sinuses (my sinuses and nasal passages are about 80%blocked) , and these have seriously reduced my snoring, improved my sleep, and slowed sinus issues. Like now my nose actually runs in the morning! My whole life, I never get a runny nose, so all that mucus gets trapped causing pain, pressure, and infections. So for me a bit of a runny nose in the morning is a good thing! Also reduced swelling in my eyes.

We’ve tried everything to help my husband breathe at night — strips, sprays, gadgets that look like they came from a late-night infomercial. So when he saw these little magnetic U-shaped things, he was skeptical (and so was I). Plus, they weren’t exactly cheap. But curiosity (and desperation) won. You stick the little pads on either side of your nose, and then boom — the U-shaped magnet pulls your nostrils apart like it's opening the gates of nasal heaven. It’s like giving your nose a gentle hug that says, “Hey buddy, let’s breathe right tonight.” We started with the smaller size, but once we upgraded to the bigger one and added the name-brand nose pads, it was next-level. Like switching from dial-up to high-speed WiFi — but for your face. Bonus Tip: We use the Intake brand nose pads like he’s assembling a high-performance breathing system. He’s sleeping better. I’m sleeping better. And I no longer wake up to the sound of a congested wildebeest. Final Verdict: Pricey? A little. Worth it? Every cent. 10/10 recommend for anyone whose nose gives up the second they lie down, and our marriage is now 63% quieter.

Awful. The magnets have fallen out of three of my nose strips. Really awesome with a toddler running around picking up magnets. Super duper safe. Thanks, guys. Truly. Amazing product. Absolute joke.

This product is a game changer! As soon as you put the strips and magnet in place you notice the difference in breathing through your nose!! I have slept better since the first night i tried it, and have been told I barely snore now. I tried the Breathright strips, but never got this good of a result! I would definitely recommend this!. A bit of advice....either purchase the starter pack with size options or buy 2 different sizes. I thought I would be a medium, as my nose is what i would consider average size. However, I ended up needing a small. One of the pictures on the add shows how it should fit properly, so use that as a reference.

The only things that help my 9 year old breathe at night and get decent sleep. They work great while he plays sports too. I do wish it came with the tape strips you need to use it. Other reviewers have mentioned the frustration of having to buy the tape strips, the band, and the case separately, and I agree. My son has lost his multiple times, so a word of advice, be sure not to leave it on the kitchen counter (kids, amiright?!) where it could magnetize to a baking sheet and end up in the oven with dinner — ask me how I know. It is slightly fussy to apply every night, and applying the stickers takes some patience/practice to not have to reposition them. The sticky strips are also a bit too strong for my son’s sensitive skin to use every night. They ended up irritating his skin after 5 days straight. But considering all of that, they work better than anything else I’ve tried for his nighttime congestion.

My sleep doctor and dentist both told me about this. I have mild sleep apnea, but nasal obstruction cuts off my air supply, which gives me nightmares. I purchased the starter kit to get my size, and since then I haven’t gone a single night without using it. Absolute game changer for me. I’ve had sinus surgery and am still somewhat symptomatic, and this allows me to breath without using sprays. The adhesive works great without being too harsh.

These work pretty well and do allow my boyfriend to smell better, and get better sleep, they stay in well overnight and stick pretty well. They are made pretty well it seems. They have not irritated his skin at all. They were very easy to just pop on after putting in the stickers. The reason for the 3 stars is because it took like two weeks to get here when the original estimate was like 4 days. Had to get a hold of support.

I have to say these tabs were much better than normal nasal strips. Fit is good. They also are a lot better for sensitive skin. I don’t have any problems removing them or putting them on. The only major problem is the cost of the tabs. There has to be more generic options available on Amazon for these!

Works great almost too great! I have a collapsed sinus and it makes breathing so easy its almost scary!

This is really good for assisting to expand airflow through your nose. I highly recommend it.

Fits well and stays firm. I’m a side sleeper so never had issues.

Very expensive for what it is. It doesn't even come with the magnetic stickers, they're sold separately. Brutal.
