Directions Place 1/2 teaspoon of Matcha in a tea bowl. Heat water until briskly steaming (approximately 180 degrees). Add a small amount of hot water and whisk until smooth. The powder is a beautiful, vibrant bright green, which is always a good sign of freshness. The flavor is smooth, earthy, and well-balanced without being overly bitter. Compared to other matcha powders I’ve used, this one was a little harder to dissolve with a handheld milk frother. However, when I switched to a traditional bamboo whisk, it mixed much more easily and produced a smooth, clump-free drink. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality and taste. I would definitely purchase this matcha again and recommend it to anyone looking for a flavorful, high-quality matcha.
