Directions Place 1/2 teaspoon of Matcha in a tea bowl. Heat water until briskly steaming (approximately 180 degrees). Add a small amount of hot water and whisk until smooth. Amazing quality. A vibrant green with a naturally sweet taste. A little pricey, but amazing for lattes. When preparing, the tea created a microfoam with ease. I just wish it was a little more for your buck.
