Humidifier malfunctioned after 4-5 months. With a full tank, it's water indicator turns and and stopped running at all. Instructiosn to clean/fix on the website are inaccurate and not for this product.

All around great. My only complaints centre around the app. There's no dark mode; no way to change to scaling for the graphs: the graph for temperature goes from -10°C (absurd) to 40°C, the one for humidity goes from 0% to 80%; they removed the ability to switch off the display in a recent update.

I've been desperate to find a good humidifier. Cold mist is not good because tap water spreads all kind of nasty stuff and using distilled water would be way too expensive, hot mist is not good for sensitive individuals (ex. eyes/nose/lungs issues) so it had to be an evaporative humidifier. Tried a couple but had to send the back. This is the real deal. Very quiet even at fan speed 2, easy to fill both from the tank and top as well, super easy to clean (just 2 pieces to dry). Only one small gotcha: the sensor to measure humidity is right on top where the humidity is being dispersed so the measurement is always kinda skewed (much more humid than it would be in the rest of the room). Besides that really nice!

Technology is to much to understand for senior people that’s not techno to fussy even the plug was complicated shame I’m sure it works but a little bit fiddly for me not enough information given when you make purchase

Estoy muy contenta con este humidificador. Cumple la función principal que buscaba que era que no dejase mojado ni húmedo ninguna superficie adyacente al mismo, además de elevar la humedad de mi habitación que en Madrid es muy seco. Normalmente la humedad está en torno a un 30-35% y con este aparato conseguimos subirla a 45-55% que es la franja aconsejada. Tiene un modo noche, que permite tenerlo encendido toda la noche, sin ningún ruido y sin luz. Es cierto, que es un aparato muy grande y ocupa un espacio, pero también ello te permite tener un tanque de 3,5 l que no tengas que recargar continuamente. Es muy cómodo manejarlo desde la aplicación móvil. Lo compré durante los días de Amazon Prime a muy buen precio 99€ (ahora está a 166€).

Was going to give it 3 or 4 stars because it started acting weird and inconsistent operation after cleaning. Found a comment that said to fill from the top and has been working every time now. Very quiet, no white powdery or chalky dust. Fairly easy to clean with citric acid. Can be annoying to refill it every other day but beats having sinus issues.

I was shocked to find that the most important part - the filter and housing cage for filter - was missing from the box of this humidifier. I contacted Blueair customer service to resolve this issue, but I never received a response. It is very disappointing that a premium brand ignores its customers like this. Quality- love the ease of a ‘pour on the top’ access to add water (do not need to remove casing or tank. Part of choice was the NO Mist - evaporation technology so NO dripping of droplets in room or fine white dust - especially love the filters (can wash by hand) to eliminate air particles and and the wick technology limiting the chance of mold in tank/water/air - Quiet! Like the App control and on the canister manual controls. Set Humidity level / alerts for low water and filter cleaning or change required. Quality product - purchased for parents in nursing home- dry air hard on respiratory system and skin. Great price point / quick delivery / online order for filters (1-2 year) depending on use
