The Glucosamine 600mg, sodium chondroitin sulfate 300mg, MSM 250mg, Manganese 5mg. It works great. I have a Cocker Spaniel and it works great for her. I see a big difference since shes been using it. Make sure you get the one with the MSM. The one without is not as good. At first I was giving her one twice a day. Now it's only one a day. I hope this helps.

DS stands for Double Strength.  MSM stands for Methylsulfonylmethane.I am guessing it is some kind of vitamin that is in the chewable tablet. I would ask a Vitamin Shop locally or Google the element name. Hope that helps. Take care.

Are these chews really soft?  I purchased K9 immunity plus chews that turned out to be so hard that I have to break them up so my 20 lb. dog can chew it up.

The Cosequin DS Chewables Plus are kind of hard, I break one tablet in two and just give my dog one half because he is only 53 pounds. Otherwise, the whole chewable dosage would be a little too much. I normally shop at Dr. Foster and Smith for my dog's vitamins. You can contact your local Veterinarian and ask what kind of chewable tablet is best for your dog. Take care.
