This little machine works really well when you get the hang of it, So once your pulling your knees up to crunch to abs the trick is to anyone is to not go completely back down to the bottom just keep to near enough bottom keep going to the reps you want to do otherwise it’s really hard to get a rhythm going once you go fully to bottom hope this helps it really works I can see and feel a difference not sure if it’s for men as my husband said he would have to secure it down for him but did like it I found it perfect and I put it together on my own quite easily I’ve never done anything like this before so all in all great value and works well .

Great bit of kit. Can really feel it in the abs. Easy to build using the instruction manual. The manual also included exercises you can do on the machine. The resistance bands are good for lateral and front raises. Bring on the abs! lol. Worth the money.

Definitely feel it in the abs. Very sturdy. Excellent equipment for a bargain price. I found it tricky at the start to assemble but managed in the end with time and patience haha.

Love it/hate it I only hate it because I've bought it and now must use it rather than use it as an extension of my wardrobe. It does the job definitely pulls on your tummy

Ok I've had this a couple of weeks and I must say it was worth the purchase. Certainly adds to my workout. Couple of sets done slowly gives a good burn even on lowest level. I will agree that the instructions for assembly could be better, pictures aren't overly clear which is why I've given 4 rather than 5 stars.

I am 10 months postpartum and bought this to try to gain back some core strength that was weakened by pregnancy. I was able to set it up on my own pretty quickly. I’ve only used it a couple times but I immediately felt the burn, and was a little sore the next day. The digital rep counter works with each rep but I would not be surprised if it stops working eventually. The rep counter just feels cheap, but the rest of it feels high quality and stable. Overall I think it’s a worthy purchase for at-home workouts! Will update if something changes.

I am loving the AB machine by Merach. I gave up my gym membership just for this ! I can feel my workouts (20-30 minutes) in my abs, arms, butt, legs, waist and it is so easy to use. It's lightweight, folds up easily, is very sturdy and does not take up much room ! I put it right in front of my TV and time flies on my workout. I love the way I feel after just a short workout. I feel this little machine took the place of several machines and takes less time out of my day than the gym did! Much cheaper too. I'm extremely satisfied with my AB machine because I get a full-body workout in the comfort of my home.

My ab muscles tell me this thing works! Like seriously it’s def a good workout. There’s lots of different settings to change the angle to make it easier or harder. The counter and timer functions work great. The straps for arm exercises don’t have enough tension to feel like they’re doing much but they seem kind of like a free add on type deal so I’m not worried about it. It folds up and sits against the wall barely taking up any space which is good so I keep it in the living room where I actually use it. I read another review that said it was expensive but i disagree. I think it’s a solid nice piece of equipment for the price. Here’s my only real complaint: the directions suck! They list out all the major parts and their names And pictures of them but there is no reference chart for the hardware like the screws and bolts. So in the directions they refer to the by names like hexagonal bolt screw and I don’t know what the heck that is. So I tried to see what pieces to use from the direction pictures but the pictures are so small I had to take pics of them and zoom in on my phone to see. I was still able to put it together without having too much trouble so it wasn’t enough to take a star away but they should fix their instruction sheets so it’s more clear and big enough to see. Also would be really nice to include a chart that shows different exercises to do. theres a picture on amazon when you purchase it but it would be helpful to have a reference. Overall I’m super happy with this little an machine though and I recommend it to anyone who wants to get their midsection toned at home without a huge workout machine

So easy to put together. A great machine for the money. Would definitely recommend. Very sturdy. Lightweight. Very comfortable to use. Love it!!!
