Will this fit a 20" folding bike?

Look at the picture in the ad. Do you have a space as pictured on your bike like that that will be uninterrupted by the fold? If you do, it will probably fit. If you don't, it probably will not.

Does it come with instructions in English?

Mine came with no instructions whatsoever. I figure it out mostly from the posting of the kit on ebay
