Nice for Parkinsonism when you have swallowing issues.
I have Parkinsonism and often have issues swallowing food. These slide nicely down my throat and I most often use them when I make my weekly vegetarian pasta primavera to keep in the fridge for lunch and dinner. It is the one pasta I use most often for that dish. Once they are cooked I can see them doing well in stir fries, or in Italian sautés with Italian sausages as well. You really get a lot in a box and these are affordable, artisan, and you get a big bang for your buck. Love these! Have purchased many many boxes for my pantry. Always a repurchase for me.

High grade of Pasta. Bronze cut, slow dried, very tasty, not slick and shiny, sauses cling better to it. I highly recommend it!

As pasta goes, it does what it advertises. The shape is fun and filling.
Sadly, the box was a bit busted up because Amazon STILL doesn't know how to pack Subscribe & Save boxes. I'm a fan of "small" pasta, whether it's mini farfalle, angel hair (1/2 size) or these cute little bowls that hold all kinds of goodness. Might get sloppy with soup but it has been quite lovely with creamy sauce and appropriately sized veggies.
