**Q: Can you use for hair that is keratin treated and dyed?**
A: I am not sure only used on natural hair my hair wasn’t dyed at the moment

**Q: It says 6 packs. How many packs do I need to use per head?**
A: It depends on how thick your is . Regular head should take 1 but if you have thick coarse hair you may need 2 packs.

**Q: Does the shipping weight of 1.8 pounds include the shipping box?**

Our scale shows a weight of 2.2lbs for both product and all shipping materials.

**Q: How long i need to use again..and can i repeat it within week if my hair still not very streat?**
A: Not advisable to use within a week. Your hair will get damaged & fall out!
