100% pure coconut oil. One thing I noticed is that it solidifies and turns slightly jelly-like during colder temperatures (especially at night) and then returns to a clear liquid state during the day. This is actually a good sign of natural, unrefined coconut oil. The texture, smell, and overall quality feel authentic. Works well for cooking as well as for hair and skin use. Overall, a very good and genuine product.
