Great for in a pinch. Obviously fresh ingredients is the way to go but if you get the urge for Jamaican and aren’t Jamaican you probably don’t have the scotch bonet and fresh thyme on hand at all times. Missing carrots too I know, try this with your goat curry or chicken stew it’ll get you there trust.

I tried the Walkerswood Traditional Jamaican All Purpose Seasoning, and the flavor is really good. It adds a lot of great seasoning and depth to your food. One thing to be aware of is that it does make your food spicy, so if you’re sensitive to heat you may want to use a smaller amount. However, the spice really helps bring out the flavor in the dish. Overall, it’s a very flavorful seasoning and a great option if you enjoy bold Caribbean-style flavors in your cooking.

Tastes fabulous however, is hotter than I anticipated. I thought it would mention a spice level (mild, medium or hot) if there was need to be concerned but it didn’t. Will definitely use it again, but will use much less when marinating.
