I chose to buy this one as it came as a set, and I could keep one at home and one at office for those stressful days, and it had prime shipping! It delivered to my mailbox and came with a cute carrying pouch. I had been suffering from a painful neck, too much computer time under stress I suspect, so I immediately started the scraping up and down over the painful area. It felt a little better, but the real result was the next day when I was back in front of the computer and the pain was diminished by at least 90%!! When I would get a twinge of pain I used the tool in my office immediately and it took the pain away.
