HI, the back of the pkg says Korea, imported thru Canada. I googled it, went to images, found the back of the pkg and blew it up to be able to read it Hope this helps. merrilee

Yes. This product smears with sweat and moisture. I do not recommend it. It’s dissapointing

I don’t know. Trust me it’s just like a non-permanent pan that you would buy anywhere. It’s just a marketing gimmick. It took a really long time to get it off. There’s nothing special tattoo about it at all

Can you use bic on the face?

It says on the product not to use near eyes ect I wouldn't put it on your face just to be safe
