Whether I’m squatting, power cleaning, running agility drills, or hitting box jumps, these shoes excel at everything. The zero-drop platform keeps me stable under heavy weight while still allowing natural movement and explosiveness. What really stands out is the fit. Unlike some other barefoot shoes I’ve owned, these aren’t overly long or bulky. They’re incredibly lightweight, yet still feel sturdy and secure when lifting serious weight. I’ve put up some heavy numbers in these shoes and never once felt limited. They provide the perfect balance of ground feel, stability, comfort, and athletic performance. If you’re looking for one shoe that can handle strength training, explosive movements, conditioning work, and agility drills, the Motus Strength is in a class of its own.
