So far so good, I bought this machine as i wanted to get into PC gaming. While the proc is not the newest it’s still pretty good. Ive had this machine for about 4 days now and seems to be working quite well. Initially i did have a no display issue which I was able to resolve myself by reseating the video card and RAM and everything is working flawlessly. Been using SteamVR and purchased Expedition 33 and that runs flawlessly as well. A nice future friendly budget gaming PC. **Update** Ive had this PC for 3 months now, and still like it alot. In fact, I may be purchasing another one of these to use as a dedicated Plex media server as my old imac is about on its last leg with Plex. Ive not had any issues with the machine and seems to handle things ive thrown at it quite well. I have upgraded the memory and maxed it out to 32 GB and also added an additional 1 TB drive to it. Definitely worth the money.

Bought this to replace my 15 year old computer I built myself and upgraded over the years. It was time to upgrade from obsolete technology. I bought it for the graphics card more than anything else. Unboxed it, fired it up, worked great for one day. Shut it down for the nigh went to bed and woke up the next morning to find the graphics card wont power on and I have a dead box with on working DVI port on the MOBO. I am highly disappointed. I followed the links that came with the computer for troubleshooting. All of them were down. The tech support numbers , nobody answers. Zero support from this company. I give them a rating of zero for this reason alone. I also give Amazon a poor rating as well for carrying unsupported trash. You people need to make this right. I cant just throw away close to $500 on a lemon. Clearly I would have been better off building one from scratch by myself again. Your reputations are suffering.

Been researching a lot for getting my first pc. Was stuck between this one and another one. On arrival the pc was packaged very nice and secured. Everything was there and the instructions were straight to the point. Keyboard and mouse and the mouse pad worked great with the RGB colors. After getting everything set up the PC has been working great and running very smoothly. I’ve played games and honestly it’s been so smooth it’s amazing. It hasn’t gotten too hot or anything so it’s good on cooling. I would say for everything it came with (pc, mouse and keyboard, soundbar and all the wiring) it’s a good 10/10. If you’re wanting a first pc and your budget is low than I would suggest this pc. It’s great for beginners as well.

Great computer for a great price. It's easy to open up and clean and I haven't yet but it looks easy enough to upgrade with new drives or new graphics cards.

If all you need is a computer that will turn on, you could possibly be satisfied with this one. I bought this computer for my 13 year old son. He os a daily gamer, and he loves uploading his content to sites like YouTube. The jacks for sound doesn't work at all.. He's also unable to connect by a headset through a USB port. Also, don't be imprese3e by the multiple fans. Absolutely none of them work. They are extremely loud at start up and in less than a minute, they all quit working. They will not move again until the next start up. I absolutely would not purchase again.

I’m new to gaming computers. I purchased a gaming computer bundle in October that didn’t work out so well. I was sceptical about purchasing another one but thankfully this one is great. Easy seamless setup.

It’s actually great for beginners such as myself. I play smite on one monitor and play music on the 2nd monitor, no delays- no lagging. Starts right up immediately as you hit the power button. The rgb fans really brighten the room up as it changes colors or you’re preferred color. It functions smoothly, I don’t have any problems with it so far.
