Great for long projects!
I can’t believe I waited this long to start using Cricut Smart Vinyl! I’ve had my Cricut Maker 3 for years and have always used a Cricut mat with traditional vinyl. I recently had a large project making window decals for a friend’s shop, and several of the decals needed to be longer than my 24-inch mat. That’s what finally convinced me to give Smart Vinyl a try. I was honestly impressed. It’s so much easier working directly from the roll instead of trying to line everything up on a mat. Since it’s one continuous piece, larger projects are much more manageable, and you simply cut off the amount you need from the roll, so there’s very little waste. After using it for this project, I don’t think I’ll be going back to using a mat for most of my future Cricut projects. If you have a Maker 3 or another compatible machine, Smart Vinyl is definitely worth trying!

Maybe it is because it is smart vinyl, I found that it seemed thicker than some others that I have used. Nice colour.
