Smooth and delicious
No carbs just count your calories and try to stay under 2000 calories ish a day Best stuff ive ever eaten , can eat while on Keto. Does cause stomach issues if you eat 3+ scoops but it tastes amazing! Think cookies n cream with no sugar .

Taste is good, texture is slightly oily
I like the taste of this one, but the palm oil is quite noticeable in the mouth feel and texture. I wish it was thicker like Nutella. I did realize that if I keep it refrigerated then the texture is much better, but then it isnt spreadable. I think I like it better cold and eaten with a spoon! I love the use of monk fruit.
