Animal Planet Safari Crochet

This is a cute selection of crochet patterns. It is a perfect addition for an advanced beginner and up. It will be a bit challenging for someone just starting to crochet, but certainly worth working towards as a goal.

I ordered this book through Thrift books. It is in good condition. The store tag said it was $1.29 so they made a nice profit because I paid $14. Still a good deal, wish it had been cheaper

The instructions were great, however i was short on completing my project, I ran out of yarn before I could make the tail..... i did call the company and they sent me some extra. My lion now has a tail.

I specifically bought this because it has an elephant pattern. I like the different available patterns and that it came with everything I would need if I didn't have it already. I especially like how detailed the instructions for the stitches are. My only complaint is the package was damaged. It obviously happened during shipping as the mailer was basically completely ripped open on one side and had tape/a sticker over it to "seal" it again. Thankfully nothing inside was damaged, just the outer packaging and mailer.

I have never done crochet before and had successfully made the lion in this kit and it came out like the picture! The provided instructions were okay. Not clear enough for an absolute beginner, so it took a lot of web searching and watching videos on my end to understand the techniques. But the pattern itself was easy. Can’t wait to start on the warthog.

This crochet kit is wonderful. I was looking online and at crochet books for a more exact and literal form of a giraffe with the right neck length and width for my baby's hands to squeeze the life out of. The book in this kit includes ten different animal shapes, and enough yarn for two projects, though I was only able to get through the giraffe and did not have enough yarn to make a second animal. No matter! I bought it for the instruction book anyways, so if you like realistic animals these patterns are easy to read and follow. I highly recommend! (Use youtube videos if you can't understand the stitches from the diagrams in the book).

Arrived a day early. Looking forward to making some cute animals for friends.

Es fácil de seguir! El patrón viene en inglés pero es muy sencillo seguirlo, aunque se debe de tener algo de experiencia para algunos patrones. Trae instrucciones al principio de como se hacen las puntadas

Never crocheted in my life and managed to make a lion!! I did need to look at a few YouTube videos for the different types of stitches, but the pattern was easy enough to follow for a beginner. Great kit for the price and looking forward to making the rest of the animals.
