I have a 2012 yukon denali and a 2003 gsxr1000. wil it hold my bike?

I don't know the hitch ratings on the Denali but your gsxr 1000 weighs 374 lbs dry. So the bike carrier will definitely hold no problem. It will hold up to 600lbs. I use it for my 2000 Yamaha r1 which weighs 423lbs wet and have had no problems whatsoever.

No. The max weight is 600lbs. your fatboy is mor than that. I had a sportster on mine weighing in at 580lbs.
