質の悪さ

新品と商品名に記載してあるが質が悪い物が多い。販売業者の無責任感を感じる。理由販売店からとりあえず嘘にならないギリギリラインの新品商品を送り、クレームにならなければOK。クレームが来れば直ぐ返金対応をすれば問題解決みたいな安易な商法感を感じました。購入者は返品、再購入となると無駄な時間を消費して、商品を得ることになるので至急必要になった場合、本当に困り果ててしまいます。現物を見ないで購入をする為、目利きは販売店に任せています。新品とはどう言う物なのか、販売業界に携わる方なら理解出来ているはずなので、質をしっかり守って貰いたいです。粗悪品ばかり届くので有れば、後々ネット販売の需要率も低迷してくるでしょう。

新品かと思ってましたが、中古品ですね。コントローラーの矢印ボタンに皮脂や菓子ゴミのようなものが付着していてとても汚かったです。箱もボロボロなので、中古品だと思って購入しましょう
