I ordered the 32 oz. bottle of Madagascar Bourbon Extract & it came in a plastic bottle, I think the flavor is not as good quality in plastic! **Q: How does it compare in terms of test/flavour to the Madagascar Vanilla extract?** A: I have tried many different Vanilla extract, and a few Madagascar Vanilla, and this one is far the best of them all.. Rich, heavy strong Vanilla flavor.. what you expect from Madagascars Vanilla... Im kind of new in my baking, so im VERY picky in my flavors... **Q: They are calling this "Pure vanilla extract", yet it contains sugar?** A: Sugar is one of five permissible ingredients the FDA allows in “pure” vanilla extract. According to Nielsen Massey: It helps in the extraction process by keeping the extracted vanilla compounds in suspension, aiding in product clarity. We use 100% all-natural, crystalized cane sugar due to the reliable quality and taste. The sugar content in our extract makes up less than 5% of the end product, an amount of sugar that is nutritionally insignificant, as it is typically spread throughout an entire dish. **Q: how do i get a replacement for damaged bottle I received today. Purchased 2 bottles and one was broken?** A: Send the broken bottle back. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ok *by R***O on 2021年9月28日にイタリアでレビュー済み* Soddisfa la aspettative della descrizione, con in più un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best! *by G***S on 2026年6月20日に英国でレビュー済み* The best extract around.
