I finally got it o recognize my phone and bring in the image but now it refuses to print saying Registration fail"** A: Try shining a light at the registration marks, sometimes the machine simply can't see the marks. **Q: Will this work with the free/basic software?** A: I haven't actually used it. (life happened and it's been shelved for a while yet_ I've searched on google and videos on Youtube and that's all I can say.
