I was very deficient in b12 and this is such a good supplement really helped me.

It's an underrated supplement. Rare to find a B complex that contains the natural form of Vitamin B9 aka Folate. Most supplements contain Folic acid which the body has to convert to Folate , but quite a majority of the population has a genetic mutation that inhibits this conversion. It also contains the natural version of B12, i.e Methylcobalamin instead of Cyanocobalamin. So, overall it's a great package. However I wish Vitamin B1 could also been in its natural form . I haven't found any supplement that has natural B1. B9 and B12 in natural form is still a big win. A great supplement

This is a health supplement. Intake. A slightly expensive stuff. Price should be lowered so everyone can buy.
