ForeverSpin Titanium Spinning Top - World Famous Spinning Tops

I have to come clean with you, I’m 65 years old and I didn’t buy this toy for a child or grandchild, I bought it for myself. That was eight weeks ago and frankly, I’m hooked. So much so that I checked out the Foreverspin.com website, where there are many more to choose from, in a variety of materials, including copper, bronze, cast iron and sleek black zirconium to name a few. The top is among the world’s oldest toys and they’re not just for kids anymore. Each one of these little things is simple, elegant, timeless, enchanting and impossible to ignore. I keep my collection in the kitchen where they’ll be seen and spun. I love watching people’s faces light up when they give one a try. They might not spin forever (you knew that, right?), but they spin for a long time. Long enough for me to forget that I even spun one, only to be reminded when I hear it clatter to a stop. Spinning these tops is both soothing and challenging at the same time. Even at rest, they are individual works of art. How rare is that? I could go on, but you get the idea. Indulge yourself and take one for a spin!

It comes with a little pouch and case. Its heavy so its real titanium. I gave it as a gift and its been dropped many times but no scratches or cracks. Spinning battles are fun

A year ago I bought a dinky little metal top for my husband as a stocking stuffer. It was one of those “inception” ones. My husband is so particular with gifts that all I can do is buy stuff and cross my fingers for luck. I was beyond surprised that he LOVED that dumb little top. He carried that around for months and would play with it constantly when we were at restaurants etc. it eventually got lost and after he learned about the forever spin tops he has always wanted one since. This top feels and spins great. I’m not sure what people are expecting with these tops as they obviously don’t spin forever... but it spins longer than the dinky one we bought and that one honestly spun for a long time too. In my opinion the price on these are for the metals used to make the tops and for how nice they look. Sure they perform well too but just because you buy this top doesn’t mean it will be the top to end all tops. Gravity still works people. It’s worth it to me to have a quality top that will look really nice sitting on a shelf or while being played with. It feels great inside your hand and makes a nice fidget toy as well. Overall happy with the purchase and would recommend.

Wonderful construction of this top, but unless you have a very flat smooth surface on which to spin it, it does not spin very long. Suggest simultaneously acquiring the custom made dish for it to spin on as a way to achieve the long time spin this top is known to deliver.

Great little top that’s fun to spin and it has a delightful feeling to just turn over between my fingers. I hesitated for years before purchasing one of these due to the cost, but it’s worth every penny in my opinion. I have a base which allows the top to spin longer, but for purposes of the video, a larger surface was easier to do a demonstration. Wish I hadn’t waited so long!

Sure, it looks like the top from Inception, but that is all it has going. It is lightweight and durable, however it's spin duration is pathetic by comparison to other tops which are much cheaper. If you have the spinning basin which is designed to maximize spin time, I think you will have better results, but considering the fact that you can buy a top for 12$ which spins for roughly twice the duration of this one without requiring such peripherals, I think this is a rip off. It looks cool, and if that's what you want, then by all means buy it, but if you want something that spins for a long time, look elsewhere.

I purchased these for my children for Easter. I also bought the base. My kids love them, especially my 15 and 10 year old sons. They played with them for hours today. I noticed some people wrote that they have difficulty getting them to spin. My sons didn’t have any problems learning how to make them spin. Planning on taking them with us when we go out to eat to keep everyone entertained. Update: My kids and I still use these. I also let other people use them: Children at the school I work at and other adults. They are a fantastic conversation starter. They’re mesmerizing and fun for everyone. Solid, well made, and high quality. They are durable too. Although they seem expensive, they are worth the cost. Instead of my children using electronics when we go out to eat, we play with these. My kids and I interact and have fun seeing whose Forever Spin will spin the longest.

This is the real deal. just not like in the movie so rest assured.Lets see how long you can spin yours on a smooth surface.

Schöne Form, zum Spielen und Entspannen

It is extremely well made...the only 2 things that people may not like...is it's very small...smaller than a usual wooden spinning top...and it is very smooth...so smooth that it is hard to spin if you don't get any grip. Anyway...those are the only downsides...but it is awesome...worth every penny...the best spinning top I've ever seen. I'm glad I got it!
