I take 2 scoops before the gym and I get the best pumps and performance. It is cheap, effective, and my go-to. I am a stim-junkie and this doesn’t make me crash after workouts. I have only ran into 1 tub that was clumped up during shipping from a poor seal, but out of the 20+ tubs I’ve bought I’d say that’s great odds. It tastes good too and mixes well, so that’s a plus
