Apple iPhone 13 mini, 128GB, Midnight (Renewed)

i am still on my iphone 8 as i tend to buy new and keep for a long time. bought this as a refurb as i like the size of the mini. easy to set up via my ipad (8 is way too old to do it!) it was slow charging using the old usb plug connection and my wireless charger, but once plugged straight into a usb port it charged normally. arrived quickly with personal notes and instructions inside, came with a plug, charging cable and a clear case - really nice and unexpected. the phone itself has one tiny mark on the bottom, other than that it is perfect, can’t see any scratches and it’s a gorgeous colour. providing the battery keeps going, i would definitely recommend and would use again.

This was listed as in excellent condition, so there should have been no scratches on the screen. However, there was a small scratch on the bottom left. It could be seen and felt with a fingernail, so it was fairly deep. This really should have been checked before it was listed. Battery life was 84%, which is ok. But I'm not sure where the term renewed comes from. Anybody can reset an iPhone. Phone was returned

Visually looks like new. Battery shows 98%. Transfer from the old phone all good. And the mini is a much better size. Early days yet but with the one year cover, I’m not worried.

Phone turned up in excellent condition as advertised. The charger was not a genuine apple charger (I must have missed that bit) but it works fine. It came with a screen protector which was a nice bonus. Daughter been using for a week with no issues. I used baxkmarket previously but thought id give Amazon a go. Would buy again.

arrived quickly, and was in good condition, with only 2 v small dinks which a cover has hidden. Perhaps not quite “excellent”, but almost. It has had a new 3rd party battery fitted so is showing the message associated with that. just means it hasn’t been done by Apple themselves. Should have been mentioned in the listing . But also not the end of the world. They are all like this unless you pay about £100 for Apple to do it. But at least its capacity is 100%. At first I booked a return because the battery went down 70% by 3pm first day. Since then it’s got better. After 4 days use it was only down 50% by bedtime. So I have decided to keep it.

Well pleased, not a mark on the phone, came with a charger, cable, cover and the phone already has a screen protector installed. Battery health is at 92% which is 6% less than my current phone where the battery is less than a year old, so I’m happy with that as well.

I'll be returning this. When I checked the memory health it showed 40%. My current phone's health is 75% and I was told that 'excellent' meant 90% or over. It's absolutely useless. Yes, it has had a change of battery, but the 'new' battery was obviously substandard. Very disappointing. I overlooked the fact that it was a white phone and not a pink one as ordered, but batteries are not cosmetic, they are essential.

So I was really surprised after reading some of the reviews about the battery capacity being so low like just around 80% or lower or the battery draining so fast then to find out the phone I received had 100% capacity and doesn’t drain so quick after I charge the phone so I’m happy about that. Fair enough there’s a few dent marks near the camera lens but I’m not too bothered about that as long as the phone works then I’m not complaining! No scratch marks on the screen. Speakers work well. Also the pink colour is really pretty, love it! Definitely will buy a phone again when I feel like upgrading!

Après deux jours d'utilisation l'iPhone reconditionné correspondait bien à la description de l'annonce. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

È arrivato come descritto perfetto/eccezionale!!!! Non aveva la confezione originale, cosa che sapevo che sarebbe stata sicuramente così , ma anche la confezione col brand del negozio è davvero carina e si vede che ci tengono molto , piccola, semplice e resistente. Anche il caricatore col cavo ovviamente non originale ma ho gradito molto che sia brandizzato col marchio del negozio Phonem. Davvero soddisfatto, spedizione molto veloce arrivata in poco più di 24 ore , se escludo il WE perché l'ho ordinato giovedì sera ed è arrivato oggi. l'iPhone 13 mini non presenta alcun segno, è perfetto esteticamente, la batteria non ha problemi, ricarica al 100% , lo sto utilizzando già da oggi alle 12:30 circa e non ha problemi ne di linea , ne chiamate, app , internet etc....tutto perfettamente funzionante. Venditore consigliatissimo, soprattutto per la cura del prodotto nella spedizione, e per la descrizione fedele a quanto ottenuto

Compré el iPhone 13 mini reacondicionado y, aunque al principio surgieron algunos problemas técnicos, la experiencia general ha sido muy buena, sobre todo por la calidad del servicio postventa. Tras las primeras semanas detecté algunos fallos y contacté con el vendedor. La respuesta fue rápida y profesional desde el primer momento. Gestionaron recogidas y envíos con mensajería, ofrecieron teléfonos de sustitución para que no me quedara sin dispositivo y realizaron revisiones y reparaciones en laboratorio. En todo momento mantuvieron la comunicación clara y cumplieron lo que prometían en cada paso del proceso. El teléfono, una vez revisado, funciona muy bien: buen rendimiento, buena calidad de pantalla y cámara, y batería en muy buen estado. Se nota que hay un control técnico detrás y que responden si algo no sale perfecto a la primera. Lo más destacable es la atención después de la compra: ágil, seria y orientada a solucionar los problemas de forma práctica. Eso da mucha tranquilidad al comprar un dispositivo reacondicionado. Vendedor recomendable y con un servicio al cliente que realmente responde.
