The suction cup cannot suck properly

Low power supply/suction cup opening thread not tightened/cupping not tightened to the skin, resulting in air entry

Itchy skin and swollen muscles after use

This is normal. The itching may be caused by long-term use. It will be relieved in a few days. It is best to use essential oil before use to lubricate.

Massager stops working

In order to protect the buyer's skin, it will automatically shut down every 20 minutes and need to be turned back on manually.

Unable to maintain suction or excessive suction

Suitable suction force can be selected by adjusting the suction button(LEVEL).

Why does my electric cupping device have weak or no suction?

No suction? please check 1. Place cup on skin within 15 sec of turning on, or it will not create proper suction. 2. Cup seal: Ensure cup is tightly screwed on. 3. Apply gentle pressure for 1-2 sec to help it adhere perfectly to your skin.
