Hiw do I switch from kph to mph using the stock launcher?

Sorry to tell you that "cant change it form Kilometers to MPH", it is a weakness. When our technician was programming this car radio, he didn't realize that America use MPH, not like China to use Kilometers. We would improve this in the future.

Si la consola central de su coche es grande, puede instalar el equipo estéreo de coche de doble din de 9 pulgadas en el agujero de montaje.
Si la consola central de su coche es pequeña, puede utilizar una instalación colgante para colgar la radio de pantalla grande de 10,1 pulgadas antes de la consola central del coche. No es necesario empotrarla en el agujero de montaje.

Hi， above two models support wireless wired apple carplay and android auto.
Wireless Connection
1.Turn on your iPhone's Wifi and Bluetooth,search for the car stereo's Bluetooth and pair with it.
2.Click into an app "Zlink" on car stereo.
3.Wait for a few seconds, wireless CarPlay/Android Autowill connect automatically. 
4.After the first successful connection, you only need to turn on Wifi and Bluetooth, it will launch automatically.

Wired Connection
Click into the app"Zlink", connect your iphone/Android phone("Android Auto" app need to be installed in advance) through USB, the car radio will go to Carplay/Android Auto mode automatically, easily play music, make/answer calls, and navigate.

Video will not play while driving, for passengers of course is there a settind?

Hi, do you mean there is warning mark on the radio screen when watch video while driving.

Please try following solution.
There is a brake wire on the car. You need to connect A1 wire to the brake wire.

The brake wire is related to the radio "video warning" function.
What is this function?

If you turn on this function in setting, when you are driving, someone wants to watch video on the unit, screen will show "waring" and cannot watch. 
Therefore, if you don't need this function, you can remain the A1 brake wire disconnected. It doesn't affect daily using.
Or you can enter into setting and close this function.

If you need to connect it, for different cars has different wires, we cannot tell you which exactly you should connect. If you are not sure, we suggest you ask help from the local workshop.
