this is the only thing that kept me awake the whole day. this literally makes my day so much better when i drink a can of this. it helps me focus and get my day done. it’s a pretty big can and i feel as if it is worth the money. the only thing bad is this.. The Beta-alanine is what gives that spicy taste/kick, but a possible side effect that i got was small urges to itch either my forehead, feet or arms in a way of jitteriness. but other than that it is perfect
