I love my new griddle. I'm not used to my old one heating up so quickly so I overcooked my first batch of pancakes and eggs. It's a great size for me to whip up enough for a few days. It's a breeze to clean as I just used a wash cloth and let it air dry. It's built to last as long as you care for it properly. It works fabulous just be cautious that it heats up quickly. The value for the money is spot on. I'd highly recommend this product as a must have. You won't regret it.

Love this griddle it's very big, my only complaint is, I wish the top cooking surface came off, because you have to sit this whole thing on the edge of the sink. And hope that it doesn't get wet

Package arrived, the box was damaged, it had holes in it and obviously thrown around. On opening, I heard a rattling noise coming from product. After some investigation, I found a broken piece of the actual grill inside the bottom of grill. Also, one of the little black rubber pads on the grill feet is missing. Neither of these damages should affect operation. I decided that the grill was previously purchased by someone and returned as damaged, no one fixed the problems. I tried it out, frying up some bacon. The grease catch tray overflowed fast and leaked hot grease all over my kitchen counter. It's a nice enough grill, I would have prefered a new product instead of a returned and damaged product.
