I'm a 220 lb male. So, typically, to get a therapeutic dose, I have to take more than the recommended dose of any product to feel the effects; usually double, sometimes triple. That said, other herbal supplements I've tried for lung health work much better for me. That's not to say that Swisse Lung Health is not a good product it's just that for me there are products that work better. My go to is RidgeCrest Clear lung. Dr. Christopher's Lung and Bronchial works well for me as well.

I bought it as prevention against covid-19 and it delivers what it claims. Inmediately there was a change in breathing and a nostril that had been stuffy for years the air flow started being easy-going, felt like more lung capacity and when tested the lungs retained air above a minute without any discomfort every day, every time for these past 5 months.
