I cant tell you how many physical therapy places I went to and how many other Ice / Cold wraps I have been thru. This product DuraKold in the 22" X 8" is flat out the best - you can time it as I do when it gets un-cold your done (aproxamatly 25 to 30 minutes).And good for a great deal of other things like small of back, sholder, even stomach problems. I am on year twelve with my current ones and have just re-ordered two more ( you need at least two so one can be freezing up ). Trust me you will love them.
